Frequently Asked Questions

I provide a customized menu for each individual catering expericence,this can include, but not limited to, multi-courses, deserts, and/or cheese and charcuterie board options.  Other options include plated, buffet, or family-style choices for catering events. .  I provide  the plates, silverware and linens.

Servers dependent on number of people, number of courses, and/or client preferences.  Discussion surounding servers can be completed at time of catering contract and additional costs vary. 

For an additional cost and formal notice, tables and chairs can be added to catering contract. 

Absolutely, Let me know dietary restrictions and we can go from there.  Options can include full menus catering to dietary restrictions or alternative options for specific number of people attending catering event, dependent on preferences of catering client. Preferred minimum of two-week notice regarding any dietary preferences or restrictions. 

Typically, we prefer a minimum of two weeks notice prior to event.  Dependent on extent of wants and preferences from client, more notice would be preferred to ensure availability.
